My aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and thoughts with compassion and effectiveness. I understand that each individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, helping you move towards the person you want to be and the life you want to live.

 

My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With CBT, we can explore how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours are connected and learn strategies to manage them. DBT focuses on developing coping skills for intense emotions, relationships and communication. ACT is a values-based approach that teaches acceptance, mindfulness and commitment to your goals.

 

My background in working in a private mental health unit with adults in individual and group therapy has equipped me with the skills to determine the best course of action for each individual. Whether it's processing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours or learning practical skills to reach your goals, I'm here to support you on your journey towards a more fulfilling life.
